No need to worry! In Florence there are three pharmacies that are available 24 hours a day. One is the Farmacia Comunale located inside the train station Santa Maria Novella, another is Farmacia Molteni in via Calzaiuoli, 7r (between the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria) and finally the Farmacia all'Insegna del Moro in Piazza San Giovanni, number 20/r (between the Duomo and San Lorenzo).
